Order for what will still be fresh.

Review tomorrow’s stock before buying next week’s. Keep reservations, expiry and supplier case sizes in the same decision.

Fictional store and sample recommendations. No forecasts run, orders send or deliveries dispatch outside this demo.

How this sample recommendation works

Usable at arrival = on hand − reserved − unreserved units expiring before arrival. Order need = 3-day demand + 2-unit buffer − usable at arrival, rounded up to supplier case size. Expiring stock stays physically on hand until a waste log removes it. Reservations are excluded once.

Demand is a fictional preset, not an LLM prediction. Event uplift needs local evidence. The demo rounds cases and surfaces excess; it makes no waste-rate promise.
