Start with the time Alex has. A proposal only uses the sample coach-approved library.

Demo boundaries

Alex Rivera and Morgan Lee are fictional. The sample approved library contains Mat reset (15 minutes), Mat routine (25 minutes), and Dumbbell routine (25 minutes), approval source Morgan Lee / sample library v3. The app matches capacity and equipment; it does not provide exercise instructions.

Changing a request clears the proposal, review, released week, and check-in records. Saved history remains an earlier decision record until reset. Pain holds persist even after changing inputs. Reset starts a new fictional demonstration. Reload clears everything. No messages, charge, AI call, or durable storage.
