At AutoSitu, we’re building the AI operating system for the built world—coordinated AI agents that work across development, design, review, and construction.
Our agents analyze complex plans, requirements, and project documentation in minutes—surfacing critical issues, doing the heavy lifting, and escalating the decisions that require human expertise.
From site feasibility and entitlement risk to QA/QC, code compliance, constructability, quantity takeoff, and scope analysis, AutoSitu helps cities, architects, engineers, developers, and construction teams identify problems earlier and move projects forward with greater speed and confidence.
We serve as a strategic AI partner to forward-thinking public agencies and AEC organizations across the country and are backed by Y Combinator (W26).
