For account or billing questions, write from the address connected to the account when possible. Never send a password, API key, full payment card number, or authentication code.
Startups.RIP combines public company data with AI-assisted research. If a company page has a factual error, broken citation, mistaken identity, or important missing primary source, send the company URL, the exact claim, and the strongest source you have. Corrections are reviewed against the underlying evidence before report text changes.
