Humoniq is fully automating customer support for travel & transport industries, which outsource $20B of customer support each year. Our AI-native approach improves speed, accuracy, and satisfaction.
We handle support requests across phone, email and chat. And because we connect directly to Sabre and Amadeus, we don’t just answer questions, we fully resolve complex issues. As a result, airlines need far fewer people and travelers get help much faster.
Our team is uniquely equipped to solve this challenge. We previously grew a travel management company, Flightfox (YC S12), to $25M/yr. We handled thousands of customer requests each month, which exposed the limitations of traditional outsourcing.
