Dealerships leave significant revenue every year because they are unable to effectively answer calls or run campaigns due to staffing issues.
ShortLoop fixes this with human-like AI phone agents that answer calls instantly, book appointments and test drives, and also help run outbound campaigns. It ensures that our customers never miss a revenue opportunity, inbound or outbound.
Our AI is integrated with CDK, Reynolds, Tekion, Xtime, Auto/Mate, DealerFX, VinSolutions, myKaarma and other popular dealership tools. It handles thousands of calls each week for U.S. dealerships across service, sales, and outbound campaigns.
Our mission is to help dealerships transition their phone operations to the AI world and capture the revenue they leave on the table today.
